At Odin Darts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below.
Returns Eligibility
Items can only be returned that were purchased directly from odindarts.com
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom or personalised darts and accessories are non-refundable unless faulty.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service team at support@odindarts.com to initiate a return.
Package the item securely and include your order number and reason for return.
Our returns address will be provided upon contact with our customer service team.
Retain proof of postage until your return is processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please provide photos when contacting our support team.
All darts sent back for a refund will incur a £2 administration fee, with all other items incurring a 20% administration fee.
Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
